The purpose of this event is to connect with diverse people managers in the tech industry. We recognize that mentorship can be very impactful in helping you grow; so we're being intentional about helping you connect with industry leaders who will share wisdom that could help you advance in your career. Look out for people managers in white NextPlay t-shirts and approach them as they're there to help.
As usual, you'll be able to mix and mingle with 100+ Black & Latino software engineers/product managers, listen to lightning talks from Optimizely and Mapbox and vibe to your favorite 90's tunes from our DJ, amazing house band and talented singers, dancers etc.
